Pannonia Motorcycle on photo in downtown Budapest

 

I think this is the “legendary” Pannonia motorcycle produced during the heights of the socialist era. This item may be original or a replica - I would vote for the first although the engine block seems quite new. Anyway, they’re planning to relaunch the brand combining the old image with 21st century technology. I’m curious how this will turn out…

    This is a P10H type Pannonia. Nice renewed one, but not a restaured one. It was never produced in this colour. Some details are missing, but the overall view is nice.

    The engine block is just cleaned and the covers are repolished.

    Thanks bervas. I found it on the Bazilika square in case you would be interested to see it yourself. Perhaps it was put there by one of the bar owners as a design element.
