I’m sorry but more Bratislava and Wien photos will follow soon. But for now, this is another photo of a building you’ll certainly meet when you’re in Budapest: the Budapest Opera house, but from an angle most tourists never see. So enjoy.

I saw it from that angle! Or rather from a similar one. I stood right at the end of the colonnade, and got a photo looking up at the ceiling all along. I loved the patterns.
I love pretty architecture, and one of my absolute favourites from my visit to Budapest was of the archways inside the courtyard of one of the 5* hotels. I wasn’t staying there (way out of my pice budget!), but had been taking photos outside when the doorman spotted me and asked if I wanted to go inside. I accepted the offer, found my way into the inside courtyard, and looked up to the glass ceiling, and the archways that lined the walls all the way up. Truly beautiful.
I’ve seen some lovely photos here on your Blog, I’m working on adding links/bookmarking the city daily photo Blogs (and general photo Blogs), so I have no doubt I’ll be back soon!
