This is just a regular new building (on Szabadság tér btw). If you click below however and check the next one, you’ll see a wall and inside the building another one, the first currently being supported by a steel structure. You can spot some of this type in the city today. I only can hope that the reason is that they would like to keep and preserve the old architecture at least on the front-side.
